After a quick recap of what it means, we'll take a closer look at the various features of this Click & Collect app. From the list of automated points of sale to reserving lockers online, let's go through it all together.
What is Click & Collect?
Click and Collect is a service that lets a customer order a product available in a business's stock through an app or an e-commerce site. Another key point: the customer can come and collect their order whenever they like. Around for about a decade now, Click & Collect saw unprecedented growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. This solution was ideal for continuing to sell products while following the social distancing rules imposed by governments. MonCasierFrais's new Click & Collect app was therefore designed for buyers of products placed in our operators' automated lockers.
Good to know: our new Click and Collect app shouldn't be confused with our Locker Management Application, which is exclusively for our operators.

App feature 1: check stock remotely
The MonCasierFrais Click and Collect app was designed to be very easy to use. As soon as you open it, our operators' points of sale are shown on a map so you can see how far away you are from each one. This lets you quickly spot whether a chilled locker kiosk is nearby or not.
If you'd rather, you can also view a list of all our automated lockers and select the point of sale you're interested in. In real time, you can see which products are still available. This is very handy when you want to check whether your favourite product is still in stock before heading over.
Feature 2: reserve a locker with the app
Once you've checked that the product you want is still available, you'll be able to reserve it and come back to collect it later. With this system, you gain:
- Flexibility: you no longer need to rush to buy the product you spotted on the app.
- Convenience: you can reserve as many lockers as you like.

Feature 3: place your order online
The 3rd feature of our Click & Collect app is placing orders online. On top of viewing and reserving lockers, it also lets you:
- Place a personalised order with certain operators, such as Les Petits Plats de Pauline. You can order a specific dish, which will then be prepared and placed in an automated locker. You can come and collect it right after.
- Track the different stages of your order live, with the option to be notified.
- Unlock the automated locker your order is placed in using a single-use code or a QR code.
- Find a list of your orders so you can check everything in a few seconds.
- Benefit from a loyalty system to get discounts later on.
Feature 4, rolling out in 2026: prepayment through the app
At some point during 2026, an update to the Click and Collect app will let you prepay:
- Right after reserving a locker;
- When confirming a personalised order with one of our operators.
You select the products you're interested in, confirm your basket and pay the amount due via the app. This way, you'll save even more time when it comes to collecting the contents of your locker. Since the products are already paid for, all that's left is to go and pick up your order. Handy, isn't it?
