What warranty is offered for my lockers?
Our lockers are covered by a full 24-month warranty, including all parts and labour. Only minor operations that take a few minutes are left to you, since they save you the wait for our team to travel out. For anything else, our support team is on hand to carry out repairs or replace faulty components.
How can I track the status of my products in the lockers?

What should I do if a customer calls because they received the wrong item (a stocking error)?
You can control all your lockers remotely in real time. Simply take out your phone, select another locker to open, and open it.

On average, we see the equipment investment paid back within 6 months to 2 years.
What's the availability of customer support?
Our customer support team is available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Since our solution is particularly robust, we're able to offer this level of service.
