Maraîchez-Vous is an organic market garden farm in Belgium managed by Laurent Dorchy and Yannick Manssens. Together, the two friends wanted to make it easier for the residents of their village, Vezon, to buy seasonal, pesticide-free vegetables at an affordable price. Acquiring their first fresh produce vending machine from our brand has allowed them to achieve these goals and offer a new grocery option to their customers. Discover how the project was born and how MonCasierFrais.fr designed a point of sale that met their needs.

What is Maraîchez-vous?
An organic market garden farm run by two growers

Maraîchez-Vous is above all a human adventure driven by Laurent Dorchy and Yannick Manssens, two passionate market gardeners. Their project was born from a shared desire to produce quality, seasonal vegetables. But that’s not all: they wanted their farm to build local connections and create sustainable jobs.
With one partner working as an organic farming instructor and the other as an entrepreneur, they combine their skills to support sustainable agriculture. This complementary partnership has allowed them to launch a human-scale farm that champions strong values: respect for nature, sharing expertise, and proximity to consumers.
Seasonal, pesticide-free vegetables
At the heart of Maraîchez-Vous, you will find seasonal fruit and vegetable production grown without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. Certified organic (AB), the farm guarantees products that respect the environment, biodiversity, and consumer health. Each crop follows the natural rhythm of the seasons, offering fresh, flavorful produce suited to the local climate. From tomatoes to squash, strawberries to asparagus, our diverse crops allow us to provide healthy, authentic, and traceable food, straight from the field to your plate.
Direct and local B2B and B2C sales
Maraîchez-Vous prioritizes short supply chains to distribute its products, serving both private individuals (B2C) and professionals (B2B). Consumers can purchase directly at the farm or via orders, while collaborations are established with restaurants and local stakeholders committed to sustainable food. This distribution model promotes transparency, cuts out middlemen, and ensures optimal product freshness.
At the same time, the farm helps boost the local economy by offering solutions tailored to both businesses and individuals looking to consume responsibly.
The vegetable vending machine: the logical next step

Why is Maraichez Vous installing a refrigerated vegetable vending machine?
By installing a refrigerated vending machine, Maraîchez-Vous is making its seasonal vegetables available 24/7 and adapting its sales methods to the changing shopping habits of its customers. This convenient solution allows their customers to easily purchase fresh produce, even outside the shop's traditional opening hours. The closure of the last convenience store in the village of Vezon (Belgium), where their farm is located, accelerated the decision to acquire the vending machine.
Thanks to our high-quality refrigeration, vegetables and other perishable goods stay fresh for longer, which reduces waste and ensures optimal quality. For our two market gardeners, it is also an effective way to sell continuously without needing to be present at all times.
This system continues the short supply chain approach implemented by Maraîchez-Vous, because direct access to fresh, seasonal, local produce is always possible with our smart automated lockers.
What does this Maraîchez-Vous automated point of sale consist of?
Acquired through crowdfunding that brought together around a hundred donors, this brand-new refrigerated vending machine features a touchscreen ordering kiosk and 48 refrigerated automated lockers (or two AR24 units).

A wooden-clad shelter was also installed to house the automated lockers. The result: the automated point of sale has become a true, self-contained little shop where customers are sheltered while they shop. Protected from rain, sun, and wind, the products sold are also kept in an optimal storage environment.
Direct sales made easy with a Click & Collect app
On-site, customers can purchase items from their chosen lockers via self-service. The touchscreen kiosk allows them to view the contents of the lockers and access details for each product (expiry date, product origin, price by weight or unit, food type, etc.). The kiosk is also used to pay for their purchases.
Before heading to the point of sale (at 16C Rue des Américains, 7538 Vezon,
Belgium), Maraîchez-Vous customers can view the contents of each locker remotely using the MonCasierFrais Click & Collect app.
Self-service lockers: a practical solution for local agriculture
In short, Maraîchez-Vous is an organic market garden run by Laurent Dorchy and Yannick Manssens. Together, they offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, grown without pesticides and distributed through short supply chains to individuals and professionals in the Tournai region (Belgium). Committed to quality, transparency, and local development, they naturally expanded their business with a refrigerated vending machine.
This autonomous point of sale, equipped with MonCasierFrais.fr refrigerated lockers, an ordering kiosk, and connected to the Click & Collect app, provides 7/7 access to their products while ensuring food freshness. Maraîchez-Vous thus illustrates a model that combines sustainable agriculture, innovation, and accessibility.
