This table lets you quickly identify out-of-stock products in your lockers. Thanks to instant stock-level visibility on the Locker Management Application, you can optimise restocking and simplify product preparation.
Simplify locker restocking with the "preparation view"
This feature lets you save your preferred product layout and saves you valuable time.
- Turn on "Preparation View" in your Locker Management Application
- Select a product and assign it to one or more lockers.
- Then confirm the preparation
That's it: once you're on site to restock, all you need to do is open the empty lockers and fill them according to this pre-set layout, also visible on our electronic shelf labels

It isn't always easy to keep track of the best-before date on perishable products.
That's why we've built a best-before date tracking system into the Locker Management Application.
Set their shelf life, activate automatic promotions before expiry, and receive alerts so nothing goes to waste.
- Create your "Strawberries" product in your catalogue
- Set its shelf life (e.g. 5 days from the moment it's stocked in the locker)
- Schedule promotions before expiry (e.g. 25% off at D-1 and 50% off 6 hours before expiry)

Barcode scanner restocking
For all your barcoded products, scanner restocking is ideal: it helps you avoid any stocking errors by directly linking a locker to a product.
For products sold by weight, it also captures your item's weight and automatically calculates its price, so you no longer need to manually enter each item's weight on the kiosk!
If you use QR codes on your items, the system can also retrieve your product's exact best-before date. Finally, the scanner makes your operations easier with several action sheets: opening/emptying/putting on promotion…
