No. MonCasierFrais.fr takes no commission on your revenue: the PAX IM30 payment terminal is connected directly to your bank, so only your bank's fee applies. The only recurring cost charged by MonCasierFrais.fr is the €39/month excl. VAT software subscription, which includes 24/7 customer support and updates every 2 to 3 weeks. You set your own prices and receive your sales directly.

Allow 8 to 12 weeks on average between your order and commissioning. Installations with customisation (colours, specific requests) can take up to 16 weeks. Once the quote is approved and the deposit paid, we build and configure your installation, then agree the delivery date with you. On the day, our team installs the lockers, commissions them and trains you to use them.

Every MonCasierFrais.fr cabinet has a temperature probe: the temperature is measured continuously and logged every 15 minutes. You can check it and change the set point remotely from the seller app. If the temperature drifts from the set point, you receive a real-time alert by email or SMS. The reading history is kept for your HACCP traceability.

Yes. MonCasierFrais.fr lockers keep 2 °C inside with outside temperatures from -20 to 40 °C. In winter, a heating element inside the cabinet switches on when the outside temperature drops below zero, to hold the set temperature. Each cabinet has its own cooling unit, placed at the bottom to draw in the coolest air, and every door is insulated with 18 mm double glazing. A heating element around each glass pane prevents condensation, so products stay visible and dry.

MonCasierFrais.fr lockers are made of 304 stainless steel, a smooth, non-porous material that is easy to clean, or 316 stainless steel for seaside sites. Cooling is continuous and monitored, the heated glass prevents condensation, and the software tracks the use-by date of every product (alerts, automatic promotions, FIFO rotation) so that products nearing their date are removed in time. For sealed products (trays, vacuum-packed goods), the lockers need almost no maintenance. For unpackaged products, regular cleaning is enough: no water is sprayed into a locker, it is wiped with a damp soapy sponge, rinsed with a sponge, then treated with a food-grade disinfectant.

Breakdowns are rare, because reliability drives the whole design of MonCasierFrais.fr refrigerated lockers. Each cabinet is run by our own electronic boards, with a minimum of components, so a minimum of parts that can fail. Cooling comes from an independent unit in each cabinet, fitted with a compressor from SECOP, the German manufacturer known for robust, long-lasting compressors: an issue on one cabinet does not affect the others. Built-in sensors continuously monitor how each cabinet is running, which enables preventive and predictive maintenance: wear is spotted and dealt with before it causes a breakdown. Every installation can also be fully controlled remotely, so most incidents are fixed through software within minutes, with no site visit. The equipment is under a 24-month warranty, parts and labour.

Software issues are solved remotely in real time; for a hardware issue, simple replacement parts (a lock, for example) are sent by express delivery within 24 hours so you can swap them yourself in a few minutes, with no need to wait for a visit; for heavier repairs, a technician comes out anywhere in France within 72 hours. Our equipment is built to be especially reliable, which is what lets us offer this level of service.

Location, sun exposure and the set temperature also make it vary. The 18 mm double glazing and the bottom-mounted cooling unit, which draws in the coolest air, keep consumption down.
