Who is Sandrine Goin, the manager of Ma Bouche Rit ?
The acquisition of a first fresh produce vending machine by Ma Bouche Rit cannot be understood without looking at the unconventional background and values of its manager: Sandrine Goin.
An aesthetician turned food industry professional
The success of Ma Bouche Rit might lead one to believe that Sandrine Goin has always been immersed in the food industry. Nothing could be further from the truth, as she first worked as an aesthetician for 20 years before completely changing paths in April 2022. At that time, she officially launched Ma Bouche Rit, assisted by Hugo Bouvet, a young artisan butcher and charcutier.
A creative and ambitious butcher shop manager
When she launched her independent butcher shop in April 2022, Sandrine was supported by Hugo Bouvet, who still works there today. She decided to put her full trust in him, allowing him to showcase his talents. The young butcher and charcutier is the mastermind behind the recipes for the prepared meals sold in-store and available for order. At the same time, Sandrine immediately had the idea to sell local farm products in refrigerated automated lockers, but she didn't dive into the venture right away. She had a gourmet grocery section set up in her shop and had a rotisserie installed to sell items such as the roast beef that her customers love.

Sandrine trusts MonCasierFrais.fr for her local product vending machine
By her own admission, Sandrine Goin of Ma Bouche Rit had always had this sales method in the back of [her] mind , referring to the refrigerated vending machine. In addition to selling her meat products and prepared meals, she wanted to promote local products and producers . MonCasierFrais.fr therefore offered her a custom solution that would allow her to sell meat, charcuterie, prepared meals, and seasonal local products all at once.

A strategic location for the Ma Bouche Rit vending machine
The local product vending machine for Ma Bouche Rit, designed by MonCasierFrais.fr, was installed next to Sandrine Goin's butcher shop. You can find it at 19, Place du 8 Mai 1945, 41240 Ouzouer-le-Marché. It is open 24/7 and allows you to bypass the butcher shop's opening hours.
The decision to order 3 refrigerated cabinets and 72 automated lockers
Sandrine wanted enough refrigerated lockers in her kiosk to be able to sell both her own meat products and local products from other farms and producers located within a 25 km radius of Beauce-la-Romaine. We therefore provided her with 72 lockers with internally adjustable temperatures that can be controlled remotely by her, distributed across 3 refrigerated cabinets. A connected ordering terminal automates the sales process, with no need for human intervention when a customer buys a product from a locker.

A modular kiosk ideal for catching the attention of passersby
Positioned facing the road that runs through the village, this local produce distribution kiosk is highlighted by customized exterior visuals, a solution by MonCasierFrais. This will help catch the eye of regular butcher shop customers and reach new ones who might have walked past the store without noticing it.
This is our modular point-of-sale model, which features a bungalow-style structure. The internal layout of the vending machines and any potential food storage space are fully customizable. They adapt to the specific on-site needs of each of our operators. Additionally, the kiosk provides shelter for Ma Bouche Rit customers in case of bad weather.

In conclusion

Through this human-scale project, Sandrine Goin confirms her committed and innovative vision of the butcher-charcuterie-catering trade. This new point of sale strengthens customer proximity and addresses current needs for shopping convenience, product quality, and the promotion of short supply chains.
